Hen Harrier (imm male)
A good day on the Mere today with the highlight being
six species of raptor seen, plus an Owl thrown in for good
measure. The list is : Marsh Harrier, Hen Harrier,
Peregrine, Merlin, Buzzard, Kestrel and Barn Owl. Also,
25 Avocets were back on the reserve.
