A yomp up White Coppice this morning
produced the goods in the form of a Ring Ouzel
flushed from the quarry by walkers, a Redstart,
and the return of a male Pied Flycatcher.

Undoubtably, the highlight from this mornings
walk was the sighting of a singing male Redstart.

Found this vicious looking beast in the garden
today. Apparently it's a Bee Fly.
